                Summary: shugui.booth.moe is a private, invitation-only creator bio platform and content delivery network. We have zero tolerance for illegal content, malware, copyright infringement, or abuse. Violations result in immediate content purge and account termination.
            

1. Invitation-Only Membership & Account Responsibility

Access to create a profile, host files, or stream on shugui.booth.moe is granted strictly by invitation. Account holders are fully responsible for all activity conducted under their credentials, API keys, and stream keys.

You must not share, sell, or publicly distribute your personal API keys or stream keys.
You must maintain a secure password (minimum 12 characters).
Invitation tokens may be single-use or revocable at the operator's discretion.

2. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to upload, stream, link, or host any of the following material:

Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors (reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement).
Malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, credential phishers, or exploit payloads.
Content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, or intellectual property rights without explicit license.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, doxed private personal information, or violent threats.
Botnet C2 beacons, denial-of-service traffic generators, or brute-force automation tools.

3. Storage Architecture, Caching & Privacy

By uploading media to shugui.booth.moe, you acknowledge that:

Uploaded content may be cached across operator-controlled multi-tier storage tiers (including high-speed RAM cache, SSD cache, and remote vault storage).
Public links under /f/ and /raw/ are accessible via random unique identifiers to facilitate Discord embeds and client streaming.
Image uploads are sanitized at ingest to strip EXIF metadata and GPS coordinates for privacy protection.
Visitor IP addresses are never stored in plaintext; all access deduplication utilizes one-way keyed HMAC hashes.

4. Live Streaming & VRChat RTSPT Broadcasts

Broadcasting streams via RTMP or RTSPT is a privilege granted to authorized accounts. Streams that broadcast prohibited content or consume disproportionate network bandwidth may be disconnected or throttled without notice.

5. Takedown Policy & Abuse Enforcement

The operator reserves the absolute right to delete any file, disconnect any live stream, ban any user account, or purge associated content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or right of appeal.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

shugui.booth.moe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The operator assumes no liability for data loss, service interruption, or damages resulting from use of the platform.
